Australia lies devastated…

On May 17th, 2026, at 2:43 pm, a small fragment from Asteriod Bennu enters Earth’s atmosphere.

On entering Earth, it breaks up further, some fragments burning up on entry but others impact a small city in Australia causing chaos.

As the world watches on, in horror, it becomes clear that there is a threat to humanity far greater than that which came from space.

The impact has released a man-made pathogen that has swept through the survivors, creating a terrifying, living nightmare. While a global effort has successfully quarantined Australia, a handful of characters emerge who must try to save themselves and our species.
